What is Depression? How to get rid of it?

Just 20 years ago if you asked a person what is depression, he or she would look at you and say uuuhhhh no idea actually, you can search it in dictionary rather.
 We were not really familiar with the idea of depression, it is for sure that 20 years ago people also used to be tensed but they never get hardcore depression that we know in last 10 years.




What is Depression?
There not really a single definition created for Depression, but it is a psychological condition in which your mind commands directly that I'm unable to handle to situation anymore. 
 A state of mind in which your mind becomes numb, you become emotionally imbalanced. 
Hopeless - Unenthusiastic - Bored - Negative thoughts - Restlessness - High/low Blood pressure - Weak immune - imbalanced nervous pulsation is all features of Depression.

How to get rid of Depression?
 Many many many are ways to get rid of the Depression. 
 I would like to mention them in points. You follow one or more of them, but make sire you are aware of it that you are in Depression, in most of the cases people are even unaware about it. So, your first job is it consider that there are some issues that I'm unable to fixing, so let me heal myself. 

Here are the ways by which you can heal yourself naturally without any psychiatrist or chemicals.

 1st - Meditation - Most important and effective way to destroy depression is Meditation. Aahh remember Meditation is not a mood making Coffee Cup, make it a habit, a choice, a company. 

2nd - Breathing Techniques - Our emotions are directly related to our breathing pattern, if we consciously change our breathing pattern we may change our emotions in few moments. Make sure you are doing it under the observation of Guide.

3rd - Sleep - Proper 8 hours deep sleep is all you need. Sleep is a state in which your Consciousness remains out of any objective entanglement. A pure void that gives your mind freshness.

4th - Food - Check it now, your food is directly control your mind, if you are used to take fast food, cheesey spicy monetary tasty longterm wasty foods, you are bound to be depressed. Your body is made up of food that you eat, start taking satvik simple easy digestive foods.

5th - Worship and Prayer - Chanting mantras, worshipping and prayer creates a good vibe in your system that helps to balance your emotions.

6th - Gratitude - Aaahhh most import instant healer is Gratitude. Whatever you have feel  grateful for it. The body the mind the breathe the earth the sun and its light, gravity, trees flower fruits vegetables sky be grateful for everything. You have a existence in a world of 2 trillions of galaxies what more you need to be grateful. You are alive and breathing that much is enough to smile. 

7th - Be Expressive - Don't swallow your problems your issues, talk to the relatives, friends, talk to the people around you. You need to share your problems. Atleast express them. And listen to the problems of others too. See how much problem people are facing around you. If you can help them in any way, be sure your problem is gonna be smaller and vanish.
