What is Meditation? How to do Meditation?

In last 10 years the whole world is well known and familiar with the word Meditation. One thing is for sure that everyone knows that Meditation has many positive effects in mind-body. And somehow everyone atleast wish to know what is Meditation and how to do it.
  There many many schools and methodologies are available who teaches meditation. But here I'll try to explain Meditation in simple manner. 




🌼 What is not MEDITATION 
⚛ We have many preloaded ideas about Meditation. Like Concentration, gazing in a point, listening to soothing music, thinking about positive thoughts, seeing beautiful nature views - but no no no no no...
 None of them is Meditation. Not at all. 

🌼 What is MEDITATION 
⚛ Meditation is something which gives you proper rest to your mind and body, and brings deepest possible relaxation to your inner being. 

🌼 How to do MEDITATION 
⚛ Doing nothing is Meditation. Yes, doing nothing, knowing nothing, thinking nothing, recognizing nothing is all Meditation. 
 If you are doing anything then you are not meditating, before dive into Meditation you may be guided to go into Meditation but once you are in Meditation you have nothing to do, nothing to know.
 So, seat in a quite place and see what are the thoughts are coming, let them come, don't restrict any thought.
 Keep listening all the sounds around you, accept them, be still, don't expect anything, if any thought is coming let them come, they will pass by themselves. You just become a Witness of everything, a witness of your body your mind your breathe. Just be a witness, a witness does nothing.
 Start with 5min and then make it longer.
